This Returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Exchanges and Refunds

Whilst we are confident you will be delighted with your purchase from us we do appreciate that there may be occasions when you change your mind.

Should you wish to return your purchase for a refund or an exchange, please read our Returns Policy for On-line Purchases and then follow our Returns for Refunds and Exchanges Process.

Items Which Cannot be Returned for an Exchange or Refund

Except where an item is faulty we regret that we cannot accept the return of any item which is not in its new condition, has been worn, personalised, or adjusted, or earrings for pierced ears.

Returns Within 30 Days

All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchases.

Returns Postage & Packaging

Postage Costs - Postage and packaging of returns is made at customers' own expense.

Exceptions - A refund of the cost of the postage incurred in returning an item shall be made where an incorrect item has been despatched by W. E. Clark & Son, an item is faulty or an item has been damaged in carriage.

Recommended Delivery Service - We strongly advise that you use a secure delivery service such as 'Special Delivery' and include the correct compensation value for the item. W. E. Clark & Son cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.

Correct Postage – Please ensure that the full postal cost is paid on returns. Any costs incurred by W. E. Clark & Son through a failure to do so shall be deducted from your refund or charged to you before an exchange may be despatched.

Returns for Refunds and Exchanges Process

When returning your purchase please send it in its original packaging, unworn, in its new condition with all booklets, guarantees and any attached product tags intact, to the address below, within 30 days of the date of its receipt, for an exchange or full refund of the purchase price.

Refunds

E-mail - When making a return for a refund please inform W. E. Clark & Son by e-mail including your order number, name, address and reason for return.

Acknowledgement - W. E. Clark & Son shall acknowledge your e-mail and accept your return subject to our returns policy.

Refund Processed - Upon receipt of your return W. E. Clark & Son shall inspect items and once satisfied of their pristine condition reimburse the purchase price paid to the account of your original method of payment. This will be credited to your account within 15 days. We shall e-mail you to this effect.

Please Note - Should there be a problem with your return we shall inform you immediately by telephone or e-mail.

Exchanges

E-mail - When making a return for an exchange, please inform W. E. Clark & Son by e-mail including your order number, name, address and reference number and description of the item you wish to receive in exchange.

Acknowledgement - W. E. Clark & Son shall acknowledge your e-mail and accept your return subject to our returns policy.

Exchange Processed - Upon receipt of your return W. E. Clark & Son shall inspect items and once satisfied of their pristine condition and in the case of identical pricing, despatch the item for which it is to be exchanged. We shall e-mail you to this effect.

Differing Prices of Returned and Exchanged items

Higher Price - Where the price of the original purchase is higher than the price of the exchanged item W. E. Clark & Son shall reimburse this difference to the account of your original method of payment. This will be credited to your account within 15 days.

Lower Price - Where the price of the original purchase is lower than the price of the exchanged item W. E. Clark & Son shall contact you by telephone and charge the difference to the account of your choice.
