We are able to offer and very high quality computerised machine engraving, or if you need we are able to hand-engrave and seal engrave. We have invested in the latest engraving machine, and we are able to engrave; plaques, jewellery, watch cases, glass. This is the very lasted engraving machine, and we are able to offer a very quick and reliable service as we have the machine on-site.

Do you value jewellery?

We do indeed offer a valuation service. First of all we need to assess which type of valuation is required. If you are looking to sell the item, we simply need you to bring in the item and let us make you an offer (please remember your photo ID if selling). If you are looking for the value of an item, we offer a valuation service. Please contact me as to the purpose of the valuation i.e. Insurance Replacement value.

How much does it cost to have my ring re-sized?

This is dependant on many variables. For example the carat gold, the width and if there are any stone set into the ring. I always say it is best if I can see the ring to give the best advice. We have showrooms in Lewes and Uckfield, where any of my team will delighted to advise you.

I have had some jewellery stolen can you help?

We are very experienced with assisting customers in this sensitive area. If you are unfortunate enough to suffer a burglary or loss, you will need to know the value of the lost or stolen items. We can provide you with a post-loss letter, it involves you meeting with us and we will from your description list a replacement value for each item for you to present to your insurance company. Should you wish to replace the items through us, we are accredited with many of the main insurance companies, and we also accept LMG (Loss Management Group) cards.
