A customer came in to see us about a present for his son’s 21st birthday. What the customer really wanted was something special and personal for his son to keep.

“A customer came in with her 18ct white gold sapphire and diamond ring. The ring came into us for re-sizing, but due to the condition of the settings which held the stones we could not offer a repair.
