We offer exceptional expertise in a relaxed environment. In our special consulting space, you can enjoy a cup of tea or coffee, or a glass of champagne, while we listen to your ideas and start the design process with you.

We always work with sensitivity to your budget. We can for example, use cast pieces for the bangle or bracelet itself, but add bespoke elements and hand selected diamonds or precious gems to make your bracelet more affordable, but totally unique. We can make every part of your bracelet bespoke or refashion an old item of jewellery using the original stones.

If you need guidance with design, we can show you a selection of loose gemstones so you can select your favourite shape and cut, and we will explain the differences between the precious metals so you can make choices that are personal to you.

We like to think of our jewellery design process as similar to that of buying a wedding dress. Honing the detail and fitting jewellery to your exact requirements is important throughout. Sometimes a few visits with us are required so we can ensure you are completely happy as your unique bracelet comes to life.

Our expert gemmologists, including both Mr David and John Clark and Director Daniel Blackford, have many years training giving them the exceptional knowledge required to source the finest diamonds and gemstones. We invest in our staff because we believe every person working within our business should have the knowledge to guide you in making the perfect jewellery choices.

Our Guarantee and Exceptional Aftercare

We guarantee all of our products against manufacturing defects for 12 months. This will be honoured by W. E. Clark & Son on production of the sale's receipt. Our guarantee is additional to and does not affect your statutory rights.
