The W E Clark & Son web site is aimed at providing a service which, where possible, replicates its store experience. There has to be small print, it’s here to protect you and we recommend you read. We are well aware that small print shouldn’t be small and have tried to make it as easy as possible to read and understand:

W E Clark & Son provide this web site on an “as is” basis and as such accept no responsibility for errors, which will be unintentional.

  • Goods purchased using the Interest Free Credit service can only be delivered to the billing address of the credit/debit card holder which must be located within Great Britain or Northern Ireland.

  • Goods will only be delivered to Great Britain and Northern Ireland addresses.

  • All products are subject to availability

  • All measurements are approximate

  • Products shown will not be actual size

  • Colours reproduced are as accurate as electronic processes allow

  • All prices are Pounds Sterling and include VAT at the prevailing rate

  • All items will be supplied in our packaging or branded packaging from our suppliers

We guarantee all our fabulous products against manufacturing defects, which will be honoured at any branch of W E Clark & Son on production of the sale receipt. Our guarantee is additional to and does not effect your statutory rights.

Buy With Confidence

Whilst we know you’ll be delighted with your purchase, we do appreciate that sometimes you may not be. On these rare occasions we’re more than happy to offer you an exchange, credit note if it’s returned to us within 30 days providing the item is unworn, in the same condition, with its original packaging and all relevant receipts and documentation.

An exchange or credit of your purchase can be arranged at any branch of W E Clark & Son, if you require a refund the item must be returned to the address below by the correct ‘Special Delivery’ compensation method to ensure the item is insured.
