Position: Managing Director
David Clark is the fourth generation of the Clark family to run W.E. Clark & Son. At a young age David went away to learn the trade at one of the country's most prestigious jewellers, during which time he also gained his first jewellery trade qualifications. Upon his return to the family business in 2000, terrible flooding caused a lot of damage to the shops. This presented David and John with the opportunity to completely refit the showrooms and raise the business from this disaster. Over the past ten years David, John and a loyal team of staff have developed W.E. Clark & Son into one of the foremost jewellers in the South. David Clark is continuing to learn about gemmology, and is presently studying with the gemmoligical association of Great Britain, in 2011 he passed the practical element of the diploma. As the Managing Director it is David's job to ensure that customer service and products are the best that they can be in all three shops.
